  • Most foods that say there Low in fat or are light are usually really high in sugar. Because they have taken out the fat and they have to replace the fat with something and they have to make it still taste good so they replace the fat with sugar. 
  • 4.2g of sugar is equal to 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • By cutting out the sugar out of your diet you are mostly illuminating all processed foods.
