Here is a list of food the I recommend to substitute from the bad to the good.  To help you get on the right path and a healthier diet.

  • Replace white breads  to rye 
  • Replace pasta and rice with quinoa 
  • Replace sugar and honey with rice malt syrup 
  • Replace most oils with a extra virgin coconut oil or extra olive oil
  • Replace cocoa powder for recipes with cacao powder
  • Replace self raising flour and plain flour with the gluten-free flour or coconut flour or a buck wheat flour.
  • Replace white potatoes with sweet potatoes.
