Amazing salad very quick and easy to make.
1/2 a cup of chickpeas
1/3 of a cup of roasted pinenuts
1/4 of a cup of sliced Parmesan
1/2 a cup of feta
Mixed salad leaves enough for two people
Roast Pinenuts in the frying pan until golden brown and place in a bowl to the side.
Slice the chorizo into single pieces and Cook each side until golden, at the same time put the chickpeas in and frying them.
Add all the ingredients to a large serving bowl and enjoy.
